As a newlywed, I’m constantly on the hunt for new and yummy recipes to make for Drew and I! This Honey Garlic Chicken recipe has come in handy many of nights when I feel stuck on what to make. It has truly become one of our go-to dinner recipes… AND it makes for great left overs! Here’s how to make it!
Ingredients

2 Chicken breast, boneless and skinless
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/3 cup Honey
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/4 cup Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 tbsp White wine vinegar
4 tbsp Butter
Let’s Shake it and Bake it!
Chunk the chicken breasts and sprinkle in salt and pepper
Coat the chicken in flour
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat
Cook the chicken in the skillet for 5-6 minutes or until golden
Turn and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes
Then add garlic, vinegar, soy sauce and honey
Stir to combine all of the ingredients
Bring sauce to simmer for about 1 minute or until it begins to thicken
For a complete meal, add the chicken on top of jasmine rice and broccoli!
